2/3 cup of dietetic orange gelée (200 g)
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of oil (for greasing)

Cut the pork loin into four medallions, forming chops
Pound them with a meat mallet to flatten them slightly
Sprinkle with black pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the gelée, parsley, soy sauce, and garlic
Brush the chops lightly with some of that mixture and reserve the rest
Grease a large grill pan with oil and heat it over low heat
Arrange the medallions and cook for about 7 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with more of the gelée mixture
Transfer to a serving dish
In a small saucepan, warm the remaining gelée over medium heat (about 1 minute)
Serve immediately alongside the pork
