Clean the fish and season with salt
Fry the onion in a pan until it's golden brown
Add the sweet paprika and mix well
Place the fish on top, cover with water, and simmer at low heat for about 30 minutes or until the fish is tender
Remove the fish from the pan, then remove the flesh from the bones
Arrange the fish flesh in a gelatin mold or English-style pudding basin
Return the fish heads and bones to the pan, simmer for an additional 10 minutes, and then pour off the liquid over the fish in the mold
Refrigerate until firm
Serve chilled, with 6-8 servings.
