1 sprig of parsley

Season the lingcod with a bit of lemon juice and salt
Pan-fry in a skillet with a little sunflower oil
Sauté the spinach leaves in a bit of garlic and sunflower oil, set aside
Set aside
Stuff the lingcod with the spinach, roll it up, and tie it with leek and parsley
Use parsley to garnish.
