Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin strips
Combine grated carrot, diced cider, pickles, onion rings, and garlic
Add vinegar, honey, and a cup of water to create a marinade
Combine the marinade with the fish, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes
Transfer to a bowl and add a pinch of Ve-Tsin, a spoonful of potato starch, and a spoonful of olive oil to form a paste
Fry minced garlic and mix it in as well
When everything is cooked, it's ready
In a separate pan, heat up some oil with a tablespoon of paprika
Place the fish in the hot oil and remove from the heat immediately
Let the fish sit for 30 minutes in the hot oil without cooking
After 30 minutes, remove the fish, dust it with salt and black pepper, drizzle on the sauce and vegetables, and finally sprinkle a spoonful of olive oil on top
