1 kg fish fillets of lingcod or pescada

Soak the fish fillets in lemon juice
Coat with wheat flour and fry in butter until golden brown
Arrange in a 5 cm high dish
Make a marinade by blending garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, chopped green onion, pepper sauce, and salt to taste
Pour over the fish and refrigerate for at least 24 hours
Serve as an appetizer or main course
