1 cooked potato cut into 4 slices
Salt, olive oil and black pepper to taste

Wash the fish fillets well and season with salt and pepper
Cut one of them into thin strips and reserve the rest of the fish as whole fillets
Chop the tomato and onion into slices and season with the herb mixture
Assemble the dish in individual ramekins
Place a slice of potato at the bottom of each ramekin
Cover with a slice of onion and tomato
On the side of the plate, place the fish roll
Top with a slice of tomato and add two strips of chopped fish
Drizzle with olive oil and arrange the ramekins in a baking dish
Bake in a water bath for 20 minutes
Serve immediately.
