2 fish fillets, 150g to 180g each
1 tablespoon lemon juice
breading to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 or 4 tomato slices
2 tablespoons chopped fresh green pepper
1/2 to 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or thyme
chopped cilantro

Season the fish fillets with lemon juice and let them rest for 10 minutes
Sprinkle both sides with breading and black pepper, and fry one side in olive oil for about 6 to 7 minutes
Flip the fish fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley
Cover each fillet with 1 or 2 tomato slices, and sprinkle with chopped green pepper, oregano or thyme, and cilantro
When finished frying, carefully place them on a platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
