Season the fish with salt and pepper and coat in all-purpose flour
Place them in a refractory baking dish greased, without crowding
Spread the onion slices over the surface and sprinkle with butter pieces
Drain the wine around the fillets and bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 20 minutes
Serve in quarters.
