12 cod or lingcod fillets
2/3 cup grated onion
80g butter or margarine
3 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped pickles
2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk

Fry the onion in butter until golden
Mix with breadcrumbs, pickles, capers, salt, and pepper
Season the fish fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper
Roll without tightening, leaving a small opening in the center
Fill with the breadcrumb mixture
Place in a greased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top of the filling is golden
Serve directly from the baking dish
