1 package of frozen puff pastry (or make your own)
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cans of tuna
2 eggs

Roll out the puff pastry very thinly on a floured surface
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cut into 10x10 cm squares
Drain the tuna and place 1-2 tablespoons of tuna over each square
Wrap the little squares to form crescent rolls
Brush with egg and bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
