Season the filets with salt and black pepper to taste
Fry the filets until they reach your desired level of doneness, in 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Remove the meat from the skillet and keep it warm
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté the onion until it starts to brown
Add the mushrooms, lemon juice, and water, stir well, and let it simmer for about 2 minutes
Serving over the filets
Serve 2 times.
