Mix the flour with the eggs and milk, add the confectioner's sugar and grated lemon rind to taste
Beat very well for twenty minutes
Dip the formed daughter dough in hot oil or olive oil, then dip it into the batter, not covering it completely, and finally into the boiling fat again
