Combine the coffee and chocolate, then place it in a water bath until the chocolate is completely melted
Remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes
Beat the eggs until they are very light
Add the sugar and continue beating until foamy
Add the cooled chocolate and mix well
Beat the egg whites until they become stiff, then fold them into the chocolate mixture carefully
Beat the heavy cream until it becomes whipped and add it to the chocolate mixture
Pour the mixture into individual cups or a 2-liter container
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
