4 large guavas
1 package of strawberry gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored and unsweetened gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 can of condensed milk

Pulp of 2 large passionfruits

Pulp of 2 large passionfruits
1/2 cup hot water
Puree the guavas without skin in a blender
Strain and reserve
Mix the strawberry and unflavored gelatin, dissolving them in hot water
Add the condensed milk and mix well
Add the pureed guavas and stir delicately until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate for approximately four hours
Transfer to the refrigerator and reserve
Sauce
In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp with sugar and cook over low heat
Allow to boil
Remove from heat and unmold the pudding onto a serving plate
Glaze with cold passionfruit sauce and refrigerate again
Serve chilled.
