Grate the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Transfer the cooled chocolate to a blender and add sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and melted butter
Blend well
Grease individual serving cups and fill with the chocolate cream
Arrange the cups on a baking dish and place in a medium oven, preheated to 300°F, for about 1 hour
Remove from oven and top with granulated chocolate
Serve chilled.
