Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F
Prepare a water bath
Step 2: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval
Step 3: Let the melted chocolate cool completely at room temperature
Step 4: In a blender or food processor, combine the cooled chocolate, condensed milk, eggs, and butter
Blend until smooth
Step 5: Grease individual ramekins with melted butter and fill with the chocolate mixture
Step 6: Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins
Step 7: Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly jiggly
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature
Step 8: Just before serving, sprinkle with granulated chocolate
Serve chilled.
