1 beaten egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted gelatin
a few drops of flavor enhancer
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water
Heat the milk in a bain-marie
Whisk together the egg and cook in a bain-marie until slightly thickened
Remove from heat and water
Add the softened gelatin and stir until dissolved
Add the flavor enhancer and vanilla
Pour into a 7.5 x 5 cm mold
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and serve with two strawberries or one slice of mango
