2 cups of all-purpose flour

Sift together the flour and cinnamon
Mix in the butter until a crumbly mixture forms

Add the confectioner's sugar, egg, and a little water
Mix well until the dough is smooth

Line the bottom and sides of a 22cm-diameter cake pan with the dough
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix all the filling ingredients together and spread over the cake
Bake for 25 minutes.
