2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
2 cups (about 1/4 cup each) of orange juice
1/4 cup of light mayonnaise
1 cup grated beet root
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
2 cups (about 1/4 cup each) of orange juice

1 cup grated beet root
1 Soak the gelatin in the orange juice and heat it over low flame until dissolved
2 Mix the mayonnaise and beet root with this liquid and blend everything in a blender until you get a homogeneous paste
3 Pour into a mold of an English trifle or a cake pan with a hole in the middle, previously moistened
4 Refrigerate to set
Unmold when serving.
