all-purpose flour for dredging
salt and black pepper to taste
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
Cucumber Sauce:
1 large cucumber with skin
1 cup of mayonnaise
salt and black pepper to taste
2 onion slices

1 large cucumber with skin
1 cup of mayonnaise
salt and black pepper to taste
2 onion slices
Rinse the trout fillets well, gut and pat dry
Dredge in flour seasoned with salt and black pepper
Fry in melted butter or margarine until golden brown on both sides
Serve with sauce made as follows: Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces
Place in blender cup and add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and onion
Blend until the cucumber is finely chopped
Serves 4.
