Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions
In a blender, blend the yogurt, carrot, and milk
Add the gelatin and continue blending until a smooth mixture forms
Pour into a pudding mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until set
In a saucepan, mix the jelly, water, and bring to a simmer
Remove from heat and let cool
Unmold the flan and top with jelly
Garnish with herbs and a slice of orange.
