3/4 cup beer
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil

18 zucchini blossoms
10 small anchovy fillets in brine
5 slices of pão de fôrma without crust, crumbled into smaller pieces

Mixture
Mix all the ingredients well and let it rest for 30 minutes
Filling
Wash the zucchini blossoms in running water and dry them with paper towels (if there is excess water, it will cause cracks when frying)
Remove the pistil
Soak the pão de fôrma in vinegar for 10 minutes and then mash well
Put the chopped pickles, anchovy fillets, tuna, milk, mashed eggs with a fork and mix
Shape into balls and place one inside each zucchini blossom
Aquicken the oil for frying
Dip the zucchini flower in the mixture and fry until golden
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
