Prepare the fish
Dredge cod fillets in wheat flour
Fry them in hot olive oil
When they're golden brown, place them in a bowl
Reserve while preparing the sauce
Prepare the sauce
Sauté the onion, garlic, and diced tomato in small cubes
Add the shrimp and scallops
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes
When it's well done, pour the sauce over the cod fillets
Garnish with asparagus and sprinkle with parsley.
