8 large cabbage leaves
Boiling water
1 bunch of chopped spinach
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked rice (use leftovers)
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Pour boiling water over the cabbage leaves
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Drain and dry
Cut each leaf in half
Remove the tough center
Mix remaining ingredients
Spinach is raw
Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each cabbage piece
Roll up and tuck ends inside
Secure with a toothpick
Cook in chicken broth for 30 minutes
Serve 8 portions.
