1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for an hour
Drain the pumpkin and set aside
2 Roll out the puff pastry and, using a cookie cutter, cut circles
3 Place half of a pumpkin slice on each circle
Top with another circle, press the edges to seal, and use leftover pastry to create decorative strips
Brush with egg
4 Arrange the turnovers in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and dust with confectioner's sugar.
