1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Combine all ingredients (except cheese) with sufficient water and salt to form a dough, then knead well
Sieve the dough and let it rest for at least half an hour
Butter Cream:
Roll out the dough into wide strips using a rolling pin
Join two strips together, sandwiching a layer of butter cream between them
Cut into approximately 7cm pieces
Place a piece of cheese on top and roll up like a roulade
Dip in beaten egg and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake until golden.
