Make 12 rolls with the mixture (see recipe next to this one), each about 0.4 inches in diameter

Wrap the rolls, two by two, and place them around a raw egg

Place everything on a greased tray

Mix the egg white with milk and brush the nests with this mixture

Bake immediately in a hot oven
