8 large cabbage leaves
1/2 kg of ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of cooked rice (use leftovers)

Remove the cabbage leaves
Place them in a pot
Pour boiling water over them and let them soften
Let them rest until they are tender
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, chopped onion, and cooked rice
Place some of this mixture on each cabbage leaf
Hold it together with toothpicks
Place the rolls in a pot
Mix the remaining ingredients
Add a little water and pour it over the cabbage
Cook slowly for about 40 minutes
Add more water if needed
Serve into 4 portions.
