1 bunch of spinach
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
4 eggs, salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the spinach with olive oil and add the onion. Reserve
Batter the remaining ingredients in a blender and pour over the spinach
Mix well and pour into an ungreased and floured refrigerator
Bake in a medium oven.
