Make the vinaigrette: put the balsamic vinegar in a bowl
Add the olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly, until forming a cream
Without stopping to whisk, add the salt and black pepper
Whisk more and add the honey
Season the leaves with two spoons of vinaigrette and garnish with cherry tomatoes
Serve more vinaigrette separately.
