1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 small head of lettuce
1 handful of escarole
1 medium-sized cucumber, cut into pieces
2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup of cooked chicken breast, boned and cut into cubes
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into pieces
1 cup of canned meat, cut into small pieces
4 green onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
Chop the romaine lettuce, lettuce, and escarole into small pieces. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, and onions. Mix lightly with the following dressing:
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup of salad oil

Chill in the refrigerator and agitate before serving
Garnish with green bell pepper slices.
