1/2 cup of white wine

4 slices (120 g) of Suiço cheese, diced
1 small can (330 g) of mushroom soup
2 cans of sausages

Heat the white wine and garlic in a pan until it starts to boil
Add the Suiço cheese and stir until it melts
Add the mushroom soup and make sure it's well combined
Each person will spear a sausage with a fork and dip it into the sauce
Serve 4 times, if desired
Variations are welcome
Use chicken pieces instead of sausages, if preferred.
