16 oz dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/4 cup heavy cream

Place the chocolate and milk in a saucepan over low heat
Stir well until melted
Remove from heat, add orange liqueur and heavy cream
Stir again
Transfer to a fondue pot and serve
Dip fruits and biscuits and immerse in hot chocolate
