In a bowl, whisk the confectioner's sugar with the butter, gradually adding the boiling water until it is creamy
Add the wine and liqueur and mix well
Heat in a saucepan over high heat until hot
Serve on a fondue set and bring to the table
Skewer pieces of bread, nuts, strawberries, etc., onto a wooden fork or long skewer and dip into the sauce
