2 cups of strawberries
1 cup of raspberries
Orange juice from 2 oranges
1 cup of proprietary fondue light mixture for use on the fire
1 package of low-fat vanilla pudding
1 cup of dried apricot, chopped
1 cup of papaya, chopped
1 cup of pear, chopped
2 cups of strawberries
1 cup of raspberries
Orange juice from 2 oranges
1 cup of proprietary fondue light mixture for use on the fire
1 package of low-fat vanilla pudding
1 cup of dried apricot, chopped
1 cup of papaya, chopped
1 cup of pear, chopped
Mash the strawberries and raspberries in a blender with orange juice until smooth
Strain through a sieve into a pot
Place on heat and add the fondue light mixture
Boil for 15 minutes
Add dissolved vanilla pudding as per manufacturer's instructions and place back on heat, stirring constantly, until a cream forms
Pour into a fondue pot and place under the broiler
Arrange dried fruit in small skewers and serve by dipping into the vanilla cream.
