1 banana, sliced into thin rounds

Method of Preparation

Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions, but reduce the amount of water to 1/3 cup
Allow it to cool and thicken for about 15-20 minutes

Pour the mixture over a bowl with ice to chill

Add the yogurt and mix well

Fold in the banana slices gently, then pour into a glass container and refrigerate until firm.
