Reserve the cream's whey and some cookies for decoration

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, passion fruit puree, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Let it cool
Topping
In an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream with butter to stiff peaks
Glaze
In a saucepan, mix passion fruit juice with butter without stirring, then bring to a boil
Soak the cookies in the whey
Alternate layers of cookies, passion fruit cream, and whipped topping in a refrigerator
Top with reserved cookies and serve well-chilled with the glaze.
