In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the sweet potato, onion, and milk
Season with salt and black pepper
Cook with the lid on low heat until the bottom is golden brown
Flip the frying pan over onto a plate and put it back on to cook the other side
Cut into slices and serve with chicken
