Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well
Distribute the batter evenly among 24 corn fritter molds, each holding 60ml (1/4 cup), greased with butter
In a baking dish filled to about half the height of the molds with water, place it in the preheated oven, in a water bath, for approximately 35 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick into the side, it comes out clean
