2 new chickens
3/4 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of oil

Clean the chickens, cut them in half or into four pieces
Wash carefully and pat dry
Shake in a bag with flour, salt, and pepper
Fry the chicken quickly in hot oil
Reduce heat, cover, and let it simmer slowly until the chicken is cooked through, flipping it only once
Serve with salty biscuits (see recipe) and mashed potatoes together with a salad
This can also be served cold.
