1 whole chicken, approximately 1 kg
1 pinch of salt for seasoning
2 medium onions
1 clove of garlic
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup natural yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
30g butter
2 whole thyme sprigs
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 bunch of fresh parsley

Clean and thoroughly wash the chicken, cut it into pieces and season with salt
Peel and chop the onions and garlic
Place the chicken and all the ingredients (onions, garlic, white wine, yogurt, olive oil, butter, thyme, cayenne pepper, parsley) in a saucepan and bring to moderate heat
Cover and let cook until tender
After cooking, remove the chicken pieces one by one to ensure they are clean
Blend the sauce in a blender, check the seasoning, and place the chicken back in the sauce
Serve with white rice, potato puree or fried potatoes
