1 chicken
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of lemon broth
1 cup of ketchup
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon of diluted mustard in a splash of water

Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces without seasoning
Fry it in little fat, remove it and fry 1 large finely chopped onion in the same fat
Combine all the ingredients and let it simmer on low heat for half an hour with the lid closed
Add the chicken and cook it on low heat until it's tender (with the pot fully closed)
It's important that all the ingredients are ready and measured before starting to fry the chicken
The recipe can be doubled for two or three chickens, except for the lemon which will become 1/2 cup and the mustard which will be one tablespoon.
