2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of dry white wine or orange juice
1 minced clove of garlic

Mix the flour with salt and pepper
Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture and brown them in hot oil
Place the chicken pieces in a refractory form
Mix the broth with the wine and garlic
Pour half over the chicken
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until it's tender, basting occasionally
Remove the aluminum foil for the last 5 minutes to leave the chicken crispy
Serves 2 people.
