In a pot, combine 1/2 liter of water, vinegar, and chicken
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
Scoop out the solids and reserve
In another pot, mix olive oil and burnt lemon and bring to a low heat until golden
Add the chicken, salt, onion, garlic, and chicken broth
Cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender and serve.
