Cut the chicken into pieces
Brown them in butter
Remove the chicken from the pan
Add 1 minced garlic clove, chopped onion, and tomato paste to the butter

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes
Arrange the chicken in a shallow baking dish
Add the sour cream to the sauce and pour it over the chicken
