2 cups of medium white sauce (butter, flour, and milk)
1 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the chicken and debone it, cutting into large pieces
Wash and cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt
Assemble in a refractory form
Sprinkle with pepper and salt
Prepare the white sauce and mix with the cheese
Bake well, stirring always
Place the chicken pieces on top of the broccoli and cover with the sauce
Bake in a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown
Cook for 6 to 8 servings.
