1 Blend the onion, water, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a blender
Let the chicken marinate in this mixture and add one cup of white wine
2 Soak the pomegranate in the remaining wine
Add warm water to cover and let it hydrate
3 Dredge the cooked chicken breasts in butter
Add the marinade and cook until the chicken is tender
4 Remove the chicken from the pan and simmer the sauce
Return it to the pan, add the pomegranate, and stir in the flour
Cook until thickened and serve with green grapes.
