1/2 cup of salted peanuts, shelled and chopped
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized squares
Season with salt and black pepper (use little salt due to the peanuts)
Remove the tips and fibers from the peas and cut them in half
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan
Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown
Add the peas tart and chopped onion
Fry for an additional 3 minutes
Add the peanuts
Mix in the soy sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch
Add to the frying pan and heat thoroughly
Serves 4
