150 g of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of chopped pickles
butter or margarine
Sauce:
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
English-style seasoning to taste

Soak the biscuit flour in the mixture of heavy cream and water
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley
Add the eggs and soaked biscuit flour
Mix well
Place half of the mixture in a greased baking dish
Top with mushrooms, chopped spinach, and pickles
Put the remaining meat on top
Smooth with a spatula
Cover with small pieces of butter or margarine
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes
Cut into squares and serve with the sauce made as follows: dissolve cornstarch in a little water, add heavy cream and beef broth
Season to taste with English-style seasoning and heat until thickened
Optional: garnish with mushrooms
Shape the cake into a long format.
