2 chicken breasts, approximately 1.5 kg (cut into medium-sized pieces)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of curry powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of oil
2 small onions
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of curry paste
1 cup of coconut milk
2 bay leaves

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper
Fry them in half the oil, in a large skillet. Reserve
Mince the onions together with the garlic
Add the curry powder, lemon juice, and curry paste to the skillet
Cook this mixture until the onion is soft
Add the coconut milk and bay leaves to the skillet
Place the chicken pieces in another skillet and cover them with the sauce
Cover and cook slowly until the chicken is tender
Serve 6-8 people.
